These shoes are made with cotton, and the sole is lined with a flexible rubber, to make doing activities in these shoes comfortable, without the stiff feeling of normal training shoes. The thin rubber of the soles make it easy to feel everything while your practicing your martial arts, or other rigorous activities, allowing you to keep a strong grip. There are 10 kohaze (clips) so the shoe comes mid-calf.
