The VTT Injection Solution is a liquid designed to be injected into the submucosa of the VTT Mucosa or Gastric Mucosa Model. This injection simulates the raising of a lesion during an ESD (endoscopic submucosal dissection) procedure. 

Once the injection is complete, the solution will settle into a gel-like pocket after five to ten minutes, leaving the VTT Mucosa or Gastric Mucosa Model ready for an ESD training session. 

While it is possible to use the hyaluronic acid or saline solution that is often used for real ESD surgery, the use of these solutions will cause deflation of the elevated lesion in only a short period of time. As the VTT-INJ product was designed with VTT models in mind, we recommend that beginners especially use this product to elevate the tissue via injection.
